At NUMA Feelgoodstudio (Club Hot Yogi B.V., CoC: 95534377), protecting your personal data is a priority. This statement informs you about what data we collect, why, and how we handle it — in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
We collect and process: contact details (name, email, phone number, address), payment details (bank account and invoice data), technical data (IP addresses, browser and device data, cookies), and other information you voluntarily provide through registration forms or when participating in workshops.
Purposes
We process your personal data for: providing our services (membership and booking agreements), contact and communication, invoicing and payment, and website optimisation.
Cookies
Our website uses functional cookies (essential for operation) and analytical cookies (to analyse website usage). We do not use tracking cookies to profile your browsing behaviour. You can adjust your cookie settings through your browser.
Sharing data
We do not share your data with third parties, unless it is necessary for providing our services (e.g. payment processors), we are legally required to do so, or you have given explicit consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise your rights, send a request to info@studionuma.nl. We will respond within four weeks.
Terms & Conditions
Membership
You can become a member if you are 16 years or older. For use of the sauna and ice/plunge baths, the minimum age is 18. Annual memberships can be cancelled up to 1 month before the end date. After that, the membership extends indefinitely and can be cancelled with 1 month's notice.
Payment
Payment is required in advance for all services. Prices include VAT. Club Hot Yogi reserves the right to pass on any tax or VAT rate increases.
Cancellation policy
Yoga & group classes: Free cancellation up to 2 hours (120 minutes) before the start. After that, the full rate applies.
Massages: Free cancellation up to 6 hours (360 minutes) before the start. After that, the full treatment price will be charged.
Sauna & ice bath: Free cancellation up to 2 hours (120 minutes) before the start.
Workshops: Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before the date. 14–7 days: 50% refund. Within 7 days: no refund.
Risk & liability
Use of our facilities is at your own risk. If in doubt about your physical condition, we recommend seeking professional medical advice. NUMA and its teachers or massage therapists are not responsible for any damage or physical injury sustained before, during, or after a class, massage, or use of the sauna/ice bath.
Right of withdrawal
When signing up online, you have the right to cancel your membership within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. If the membership was used during that period, costs may be charged proportionally.
