Coming home to your body.

How far you can bend, or how long you can hold something. That's not what it's about here. For us, yoga is about coming home to your body. Sometimes soft and quiet. Sometimes active and strong. But always with attention. That's how space opens up again. In your body. And in your mind. Some like it hot. Others don't. In a warmer room your muscles relax faster and you move more easily. Classes focused on strength or focus feel better at a more neutral temperature. That's why we teach at different temperatures. The schedule shows exactly which temperature is planned. Thanks to underfloor heating and heat panels, the warmth always feels soft and even. Never stuffy or dry heat.

Our styles

Vinyasa Flow

An active class where you keep moving from one pose to the next without stopping. Builds strength, flexibility and helps release tension. You'll feel warmer, looser and more energized.

Yin Yoga

Slow poses that you hold longer, sitting or lying down. Works deep into the body. Muscles relax, tension can release. Deeply restorative for body and mind.

Yang to Yin

Starts active. Your body is challenged. Then slows down and you stay longer in poses. A balance between effort and rest. Letting go and winding down.

Morning Flow

A soft but energising start to your day. A gentle flow to wake up your body, combining breathwork and movement. Your body and your mind will thank you all day.

Energizing Flow

A more dynamic flow with a steady pace, moving continuously with your breath. Strong, fluid and maybe even a bit meditative. You'll feel awake, recharged and clear.

Power Flow

For when you want a bit of a challenge. Faster, more intense, focused on strength and endurance. You'll leave feeling strong and energized.

Core Flow & Mobility

Building strength through softness. Controlled, flowing movements that support your core, lower back and joints. Improves posture, stability and prevents injuries. You'll feel stronger, more stable and freer in your movement.

Yin with aroma & sound

Deep relaxation through Yin poses, enhanced by essential oils and sound. Calms the nervous system, reduces stress and supports recovery. Soft, still and deeply nourishing.

Sculpt

Small, targeted movements to build strength and control throughout your body. A calm but intense class. You'll feel stronger and more grounded.
