Our styles
Calisthenics
Get stronger, fitter and more supple, using your own body weight as resistance. Think pull-ups, push-ups, handstands, dips, muscle-ups and front lever. Great for building muscle, body control and getting stronger. For beginners: no worries, we build it up. For the advanced: you'll be challenged.
Mobility
Feel good in your skin — literally — with mobility training. Mobility focuses on flexibility, stability and strength around your joints and muscles. You move better, feel less stiff and have a better, nicer posture. Think: deep squat holds, hip openers, shoulder mobility, spinal rotations and controlled stretches. Mobility looks calm and quiet, but it's intense. Super nice!
Gymnastics
Gymnastics combines strength, balance, coordination and technique in controlled movements. And again: you work with your own body weight only. You work not just on strength, but also on timing, focus and body control. That makes this class challenging, technical and surprisingly fun. Think: handstands, hanging skills, core control, balance & coordination and controlled movements. Gymnastics demands focus and technique, and is deeply rewarding.
